Pay for finished minutes. The AI is included.
Every plan includes a number of finished video minutes a month: minutes that end up in your exported film. VIA picks and pays for the image and video models, so there is one predictable bill.

- Included minutes are finished minutes: time that ends up in your exported film. Retakes VIA makes while getting those minutes right are on us.
- Extra minutes cost $15–25 each. Where in that range depends on the minute: a simple one with few scenes costs less than a busy one with many. You see the running total live in the app and set a monthly cap, so there are no surprise bills.
- The AI models are included. VIA picks the right image and video model for each shot, so you never manage API keys or a second bill.
- Annual billing: two months free.
- Beta members keep their beta price for 12 months after launch.
Why we price by the finished minute
The real cost of AI video is not one generation. It is every retake, check and redraw it takes to get a scene that matches the script and the rest of the film. Tools that bill per generation push that cost, and that risk, onto you.
VIA carries it instead. Your plan covers the length of the video you actually publish, which is also the number you plan a channel around: a 10-minute video is 10 minutes. If you go past it, extra minutes are billed by what they actually use, typically $15–25 each, never a padded flat rate.
It is also why you cannot pick the model. VIA routes each shot to the model that handles that kind of shot best and tunes the prompts for it. That is how a whole video stays consistent, and it is a promise we can only make if we hold the choice.
Pricing questions
How much does VIA cost?
Beta plans start at $99 a month for 3 finished minutes. Creator is $299 a month for 10 finished minutes, about one full YouTube video. Pro is $749 for 30 minutes. AI generation for those minutes is included. Extra minutes are billed by actual use, typically $15–25 each, up to a monthly cap you set.
What is a finished minute?
One minute of video in your exported film. Stills and clips VIA regenerates while getting a scene right do not count against your minutes; only the length of the final cut does.
What happens if I need more than my plan includes?
You keep working. Extra minutes are billed by what they actually use, typically $15 to $25 per finished minute depending on how many scenes and retakes they need. The running total is visible in the app and you set a monthly spending cap.
