Every AI tool we tried could make a beautiful single shot, and every one of them fell apart over a whole video: the narrator's face changed, the street moved, the picture ignored what the voice-over was saying.
So we built the production layer we needed: a bible of characters and places decided once, every shot checked against the script, motion made from the approved picture, and the whole film reviewed as a film. Our 24 Hours in Ancient Rome test production shows what that looks like across 83 scenes.
